Update..They keep upping the points for the gifts..and it's not a small increase..I will keep it it until they raise it again..and the I can delete and give 1 star..I hope you read this developers

when i downloaded this app, there was an option for $10 paypal for 100,000 points, and $20 paypal for 200,000 points. when i got close to 100,000 , they took away the $10 option. i thought maybe i just forgot. kept playing. now im closing in on the $20 for 200,000 , and that option has disappeared as well. it will just keep raising the bar and never actually pay out.

I really wanted to like this app. I have heard good things about it. I have not had a good experience so far, though. There are 3 tasks you have to complete to make $5 dollars. I completed all but didn't get credit for the last one, so no $5 reward. Also it hasn't been tracking time on a few games. Will update stars if this gets resolved. Providing, I can figure out how to contact support because I don't see an option for that in the app.

Mainly, always on top isn't a problem but upong switching apps, etc it auto loads just to start blasting ads. Payment issues, I was flagged without reason. OK, I know I didn't cheat. After weeks of waiting, i wasn't given 1 out of 2 payments. Support was courteous but had to wait even longer and initially gave me a reason that wasn't relevant to not being paid. Minimum payments are raised for no reason, without any withdraws. Now my progress is crippled . Not cool, deleting

None of the tasks I complete are getting credited. I purchased the subscription and I just cancelled it so it does not renew. I wasted hours of time playing games I got no credit or rewards for. It also makes you pay $8 in order to cash out right away, otherwise you have to wait 2 days. Earning is slow and inconsistent. After the first time I cashed out for $10 it made me wait until I got at least $30 which I just made it, it took me a month of constantly playing. I will be deleting the app now!

Still have not gotten the link to access the reward. It has been 8 days. Perhaps I missed the part saying only use the email your PayPal is set up under, but if you do not allow a person to change it, this app is a waste of time. You do earn points quickly on ANY game you play. But if I don't get a link to actually cash in my points, the pop-ups are a nuisance. Once again, I had my hopes up. That being said, the rating has dropped.. Again. Make sure to use the email your PayPal is linked to

Been earning money with the Richie app for a few months, and it's been my favorite gaming app till recently. Loved being able to play games I already had downloaded on my phone, could earn points quickly, & had reliable payouts with low min payout limit of $10 -$15. Recently there have been some major changes and I am very disappointed with how long it takes to earn points, min cash limit is up to $30, glitchy and credits are not being given, & the new "verify your identity" thing is ridiculous.

At first I was able to cash out at smaller amounts of points, now have to save up a lot just to get something. It does cover time used on playing games, but it really gets annoying when it pops up as soon as an advertisement displays. So, I don't recommend the app, unless you like to play games nonstop with little credit being added.

Oof! VERY glitchy, LOTS of ads, closes apps at will, makes already glitchy apps even worse, and doesn't always credit time played. I downloaded this through inboxdollars and so far they're at least crediting that! Which is good because according to the rest of the reviews, they don't pay out. At all. (Yes, even if you paid the 8 bucks a month for "Richie Premium") I'll update if things change, but I'm not hopeful...

This app was awesome...I have points to redeem but I never seem to be able to reach the end to get a gift card. They keep changing their tier rewards. I have more than 24,000pts as of now. The $5,$10,$15,$20 were taken out and now $30 and $40 tiers are gone too..which now I have to reach 50,000+pts to be able to cash out... it's hard to earn these points without paying anything. How many more tiers will be taken out? Try Benjamin app they pay cash!!

The app does pay and you do accumulate rather quickly compared to other apps. This app would be a 5 star app if they actually responded to requests for support. I have had several rewards not rewarded even though the conditions were met. Thus far 2 emails to there "help" email address have gone unanswered. Disappointing but not surprising. Give it a shot just don't expect any help when things go wrong.

This app used to be my favorite. It def pays and gives rewards... BUT sometimes it will skip a level I completed. So level 2 and 8 will be complete but level 4 won't be. Also since I did my first 20$ payout it has now changed the 7.99$ richie+ subscription to 20$ and the lowest cash out option is 100$!! There isn't a lower option anymore. Idk what changed but please give lower cash out options again.

After you earn your first reward, the tracking of what you complete malfunctions. Specifically when it's supposed to give you credit for the in-game purchases and reaching certain levels. I reached out using the support email back on 1/23, and 8 days later, I haven't heard back. Also, when you redeem for a rewards through PayPal, the game charges you a fee to process it, so you don't receive the full amount you're playing for. I only gave it 3 stars because you actually earn rewards.

It works great when the app is working. I have to consistently uninstall and then reinstall to get the app to start working again. It happens with the higher amount of coins the closer you get to a payout amount it consistently does this. Would be 5 stars if it would work like it's supposed too and I didn't have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work.

Technical Difficulties -- Really liked the app until last night, attempted to play a new game, app required verification process, attempted to verify. Never sent the verification text to the mobile phone number I have used with the app for over a year. Now, system says you have reached the maximum limit of phone validation. Emailed support, no help so far.

I HAD rated Richie 5 stars. It's slow to earn BUT is a valid app. In the past few months I have been working towards a $40 PayPal gift card. When I had nearly enough, the $40 option had disappeared. The next lowest was $50 so I decided to work towards that. I went in about a week ago to see how close I was getting and saw that the $50 option had also disappeared and the next lowest option is $100. This is VERY scetchy & untrustworthy. I have contacted support several times & ZERO response.

Absolutely scam of an app. Every time you get close to being able to claim they remove the lowest amount you can get. Started out at 10, then 20, now that I'm close to 20 that's gone and 30 is the lowest. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS APP Edit: their response here is even automated and doesn't address the issue at all. It's not the games that are the problem, it's your app moving the goalpost for being able to get the money.

Dont waste your time!! Changed my review from a 5 star to a 1 star. I saved up enough points to redeem a $20 gift card and it's been a week since I tried to redeem it and all I keep getting is an auto generated email telling me that if I don't hear back from them with a code to claim it's because I breached there terms and conditions. LAME!! It only became a problem when I tried to redeem my points. I'm uninstalling

3 stars because you can earn money faster than most other apps. The only problem I have with this app is the number of times I've made a 1st purchase in games to earn 4 dollars. Sometimes, it doesn't give me the reward after purchasing in the game. Example: I've purchased .99 in raid shadow legends to earn a 4 dollar reward in the richie app, but it never gave me the reward. it doesn't register anything I've done nor my time. Example: Making it to level 5 in a game doesn't give me the reward.

After only having the app for maybe an hour (?) I've made what will equal to $1. It doesn't seem like a lot, but I've had fun. Richie gives you achievable tasks, and has a small bubble tab so you can keep track of them. I will admit, the ads when I go back to the Richie HUB are kinda annoying, and I feel like there are to many, but otherwise I'd highly reccomend.
